The XL Blazing Zone, equipped with an infrared ceramic burner, reaches up to 900°C, delivering perfect grill marks. A side burner with an adjustable cast iron grate is ideal for sauces and sides. The HEAT Regulator offers precise control for slow cooking, while the rear burner supports rotisserie cooking.
