Ingredients

  • 1 small pointed cabbage
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Herb Butter:

  • 50 g butter
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped shallot
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • 1 tbsp chopped dill
  • 1 tbsp chopped tarragon
  • 1 lemon
  • 25 g grated parmesan
  • 1 small pointed cabbage
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Herb Butter:

  • 50 g butter
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped shallot
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • 1 tbsp chopped dill
  • 1 tbsp chopped tarragon
  • 1 lemon
  • 25 g grated parmesan

Directions

  1. Cut the cabbage into wedges. Brush with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Place the butter and shallot in a heatproof container and melt in the oven while preheating to 300°C.
  3. Remove and stir in capers, dill, tarragon, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
  4. Place the cabbage on an ovenproof tray and grill until lightly charred on all sides.
  5. Top with herb butter, parmesan, and extra herbs before serving.
