Description

The Sage SES 878 BSS - Brushed Steel, also known as the Barista Pro™, is an advanced espresso machine crafted for home baristas seeking professional-quality coffee. Its integrated conical burr grinder with dose control allows precise grinding directly into the portafilter, ensuring the perfect dose every time.

Equipped with a ThermoJet Heating System, the Barista Pro™ reaches optimal extraction temperature in just 3 seconds, allowing for quick coffee preparation. The Digital Temperature Control (PID) ensures water is delivered at the exact right temperature for consistent and balanced espresso extraction.

The intuitive LCD display provides clear information, showing grinding and extraction progress animations for easy coffee-making. The powerful steam wand enables hand-textured microfoam milk, enhancing coffee flavor and allowing for latte art creation. The pre-infusion function ensures even extraction by gradually increasing water pressure.
